BCS FORTRAN SPECIALIST GROUP
The next meeting of the British Computer Society's Fortran
Specialist Group will be held on Thursday, 25th February 1993 from
10.30am to 4.30pm at 7 Mansfield Mews, (behind 13 Mansfield
Street), W1M 0BP.
The morning will be normal business and will include a report from
the X3J3 representative. A discussion of future activities is
also on the Agenda.
In the afternoon Ian Reekie, Product Manager of INSTRUMATIC will
give a presentation and demonstration on: "The application of
metrics, methods and tools for software maintenance and re-use".
This talk will discuss how to automate the tedium out of software
testing, and software re-use migration methods.
Please bring this notice to the attention of any colleagues likely
to be interested. The meeting is open to anyone wishing to attend.
We particularly welcome newcomers to the Fortran Specialist Group
whether members of BCS or not.
